Arcadia Yachts to Debut 100, 85S, and Sherpa Models at Cannes

The innovative ecological dream created by Arcadia Yachts will awaken the crowd at Cannes this September, showcasing the stunning Arcadia 100 in its global premiere at the Cannes Yacht Show, Sept. 6-11, 2016.

Remarkably efficient and astonishingly spacious, the 31.06 m/101.90 ft Arcadia 100 semi displacement yacht boasts nearly 300 GT with a cruising speed of 16 knots, assisted by solar panels atop the superstructure. The panels supply as much as 5 kW of power to run lights, refrigeration, AV, and other electronics, while simultaneously attending to battery recharge. Joining the Arcadia 100 at the Cannes event, the firm will premiere a special sky lounge version of the Arcadia 85S in addition to presenting the water debut of the Arcadia Sherpa.

The five cabin layout of the Arcadia 100 puts the owner’s suite fully forward on the main deck, with its own sun deck/dining space on the bow. The sculpted marble bath, crisply carved sinks, and sleek hardware echo the elegant simplicity of Italian design throughout the yacht. The lower deck VIP suite features a large salon, dual baths, and a spacious sleeping area, convertible to two separate en suite cabins via a folding wall.

The fly bridge, as well as the main deck, can either be open to the outdoors, or enclosed to accommodate guest preference via superbly engineered windows, doors, and balconies. Noise and vibration are diminished, fuel use minimized, space maximized, and comfort enhanced, the Arcadia 100 underscores the advantages offered by Arcadia’s ECOTECH philosophy.

Embracing functional design with a personal touch, hydrodynamic efficiency, sophisticated water and emission systems, and effective assembly minimizing waste and reducing construction time, the Arcadia line cruises the globe sustainably, comfortably, and luxuriously, offering owners an impressive choice with ECOTHINK ethics built into every yacht.
